Summi provides instant access to digital analysis content. Because delivery starts immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if there is a proven duplicate charge, technical payment error, or full-service outage that prevented report access after payment.

3. Request Window

To request a review, contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase and include your order details and analysis ID.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take several business days depending on your bank.
